World renowned lyricist Dr. DR Upadhyaya has set 108 world records. During a special ceremony in the capital on Friday, 28 more of his world records were made public and handed over, bringing his world record to 108. Dr. Former Prime Minister Jhala Nath Khanal handed over the record to Upadhyaya.
